Henley Software, in conjunction with the Informatics Group, offer a comprehensive portfolio of training services.

The Informatics Group is one of the largest supplier of Lotus, Microsoft and Novell Authorised Training in the United Kingdom and the leader in many other fields such as Internet, Oracle, Citrix and Unix training.

There are 200 full-time trainers employed at 11 sites located throughout the UK - Birmingham, Bristol, Coventry, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, London (2), Manchester, Newcastle and Nottingham.

Delegates benefit from exclusive use of a PC throughout the training, small groups, a free helpline for 6 months following the course, an online courseware and reference guide. Training can also be organised on a Company basis at any of the centres or on-site.  A number of post-training services are also available such as 'walkabout' instructors who can be on-hand following training to give help and advise in the working environment. ACTT is the Informatics Group's project-managed skills development methodology.  Unique within the training industry, ACTT (Assessment of needs, Course development, Training & support, Testing & measuring) has been developed by the Informatics Group to provide a holistic and structured approach to large scale educational projects.

Solutions are designed in response to each customer's specific needs, and ACTT supports a logical framework for training delivery, with distinct stages for

		Assessment of the business needs and training requirements
		Development of the training course's content and materials
		Training programme itself, including subsequent support and post-course testing & validation.
