Our call centre has the facilities to log full details of each call and our trained staff allocate engineers according to the call's priority.  With fixed costs and response times, there are no hidden surprises and, with our dedicated help line, you should get through first time.

Support Contracts can vary from low-cost pay-as-you-go contracts to monthly paid annual contracts.

Prices are based on what equipment is to be covered by the contract and the estimated hours of onsite and telephone support required per month.  A set number of hours are purchased in advance and these hours can be used for any of our services.

Contract support customers also benefit from guaranteed response times and priority treatment.
