| Project Name | Section 106 |
| Project Brief | Section 106 is a system which assists local authorities with their developer contribution planning schemes. It tracks all aspects of the section 106 from the time that it is first thought necessary right through to the point where the last penny is paid out of the financial pot.
Designed with e-GIF standards in mind, it is modelled on appropriate XML schemams from within the e-GIF standard. This system allows accurate tracking of all financial data (which can be linked in with internal systems if required), as well as contractual details, individual clause summaries and tracking of spending based on projects and spending categories. |
| Target Audience | Local Authorities who need to track Section 106 (or similar information) |
| Technology | Visual Basic .NET and SQL Server 2000 |
| Press Release | TBA |
| Project Name | ServiceDEMON (working name) |
| Project Brief | ServiceDEMON is designed to handle all aspects of field service management, from initial placement of calls through to onsite engineers and asset tracking. The system comprises four seperate modules:
ServiceDEMON_Core handles the core functionality of receiving fault calls, logging them against new and existing customers and tracking the fault. This fault logging includes customised response scripts, and can include FAQ listings and link into the ServiceDEMON Knowledge Base. This includes customer tracking, CRM functionality and onscreen display of call status. ServiceDEMON_Web provides web logging of calls, customer status information and asset information via a secure extranet site. ServiceDEMON_Remote provides Tablet-PC enabled logging of support calls by engineers, with real-time call access via GPRS/GSM links as well as offline access to customer data. This module includes the ability to use stock, scanned and photographed images to details faults, show where individual items have failed and provide accurate tracking of errors. Fully pen-enabled, this module allows customers to sign-off engineer time and parts on-screen, and provides the facility to send that information back to ServiceDEMON_Core for automated transmission onto the customer (by fax or email). ServiceDEMON_Contracts provides full contract maintance history, including customer-defined PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) with some templates already included, tracking assets covered under contracts, showing call history by contract and by asset and also providing for contract estimation and financial tracking. |
| Target Audience | Any service company that has engineers in the field. This includes Catering, Electrical, Gas, Plumbing, Electronic (including White Goods), PC and Software support. Where existing templates are not already in place our technical staff will assist with the creation of templates appropraite to the industry. |
| Technology | ServiceDEMON is developed in C#.NET, using SQL Server 2000 as it's database technology and runs on a standard Windows Platform. ServiceDEMON_Remote runs on Windows XP Tablet PC Edition to provide additional pen-enabled functionality. |

| Project Name | Tranzacct |
| Project Brief | Tranzacct is a complete Accessible Transport Maintenance System. It includes modules for tracking Disabled Freedom Passes, Elderly Persons Freedom Passes, Taxicards, Plus Bus transport schemes and various Parking and Disabled Bay schemes.
Each Client within Tranzacct can be in receipt of several schemes, and Tranzacct will track all correspondance, proofs of eligibility and validation criteria. Built on a set of business rules defined by the end user, not by the developer, Tranzacct enables your Accessible Transport team to easily achieve excellent levels of customer response, and to automate common tasks such as printing permits, send out letters of authority and other forms of correspondance and performing renewals. With fully integrated document images processing functions, based on open technology such as TIF documents, Tranzacct allows the decision making staff to see all paper work on-screen without having to reef through filing cabinets, allowing faster response to customer enquiry and a reduction in lost paper work. Additional modules provide sychronisation to various other council systems, including central client indexes, taxicard trips data, POCL data and LPG systems where available. |
| Target Audience | Local Authorities running their own accessible transport schemes |
| Technology | Developed in Visual Basic 6.0 with an SQL Server 7.0/2000 database engine, plus additional tools such as DIP components from Kofax |
