We love to meet new clients too. As we’re minutes from the M4 and a short train
journey from London, most of them are in the south of England – but we do reach
further afield too. (We like to travel.)
Our philosophy
Henley Software was established by Russell Henley in 1996, as a tonic to the
‘traditional’ way of doing IT. We’ve seen first-hand how arduous documentation,
rigid timescales and over-thinking a project at the early stages can inflate
timescales and costs to ludicrous levels.
It’s not that we don’t think it’s important to document systems and processes,
stick to deadlines and think things through. But the world of IT changes fast.
So if you spend too much time too focused on exactly how you’re going to do
something, by the time you get on to the actual doing, something will have
changed. And so you have to start again.
